JR.  & SR. OLYMPIC TRAINING PROGRAM

 
 

For serious competitors only!  The purpose of our program is to teach our athletes in-depth knowledge about Olympic style sparring.  This includes rules, strategies and how to use your strengths to your advantage against an opponent.  Sparring techniques taught during this program include attacks, counter-attacks, defenses, and combinations.  We push our athletes to train harder, become more developed physically and mentally, gain a mental toughness while maintaining a positive attitude, and developing the confidence to be able to compete with the best in the world.  Our athletes have won gold, silver and bronze medals at the Junior Olympics competitions all over the United States.  We have developed forms and sparring champions at both the state and national level.  Our program includes not only sparring but also forms (poomse) practice.  Training starts in October and ends in July, after the Junior Olympics competition.   To try our program, please contact Highkicks at 703-378-1000
